* 协助匹配合适候选人或服务方案
* 与内部招聘团队协调推进招聘进度

3. 新客户开发
* 主动开发潜在企业客户资源并建立长期合作关系

4. 项目协调与跟进
* 跟进候选人推荐进度
* 协调面试安排及反馈
* 协助推进Offer确认流程
