工作职责/ Job Responsibilities
1.根据公司标准准备食材，并协助食物制作/ Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation according to company standards.
2.确保食品品质、摆盘及份量符合餐厅要求。
3.保持厨房工作区域、设备及储藏区域的整洁与卫生。/ Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet restaurant requirements.
4.清洗并整理厨房用具及设备。/ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
5.协助食材补货及库存整理。/ Organize kitchen utensils and equipment.
6.严格遵守食品安全及卫生标准。/Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
7.与厨房及前厅团队密切合作，确保日常营运顺畅。/ Work closely with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.

职位要求/ Job Requirements
- 能接受晚班、周末及公共假期上班 / Able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- 做事认真负责，有纪律，愿意学习 / Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn
- 能适应快节奏厨房工作环境 / Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- 具备团队合作精神及积极态度 / Team player with a positive attitude
- 无经验可，提供培训 / No experience required — training will be provided
- 能接受在 非清真（Non-Halal）餐饮 / 餐酒吧环境 工作（店内提供酒精饮品）/ Must be comfortable working in a non-halal restaurant / bar environment (alcohol served)
