Lorry Driver

Requirements

Minimum education is Secondary School or higher.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Possess a valid driving license (GDL for heavy vehicles).
Good and safe driving skills.
Knowledge of road regulations and laws.
Good communication skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Good physical health to lift and load goods.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Qualifications:

Work experience as a lorry/truck driver.
Knowledge of lorry/truck maintenance.
Good customer service skills.
Willingness to work overtime or irregular hours.
Responsibilities

Driving and Transportation:

Drive the lorry safely and efficiently according to the scheduled routes.
Ensure goods or cargo are transported safely and without damage.
Comply with all traffic rules and road regulations.
Deliver goods on time and to the correct location.
Loading and Unloading:

Assist in loading goods into the lorry.
Assist in unloading goods from the lorry.
Ensure goods are loaded and unloaded safely and in an orderly manner.
Lorry Maintenance and Cleanliness:

Inspect the lorry before and after each trip to ensure IT is in good condition.
Perform minor maintenance and repairs when necessary.
Maintain the cleanliness of the lorry regularly.
Communication and Reporting:

Communicate with supervisors or customers regarding delivery status.
Prepare reports or records related to trips and deliveries.
Customer Service:

Interact with customers professionally and courteously.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding deliveries.
