Maintenance

Responsibilities:
-Support superiors during machine breakdowns and execute the scheduled maintenance plan to ensure minimal production downtime.
-Oversee the repair and servicing of essential utilities, including water piping, air conditioning, CCTV systems, fire protection, and hostels.
-Responsible for setting up and monitoring packaging and processing lines to ensure smooth operation and improved machine utilization.
-Enforce HACCP and ISO standards by supervising equipment cleaning and assisting hygiene personnel with monthly deep-cleaning activities.
-Coordinate with external service suppliers and maintain rigorous daily records.

Requirements:
-Relevant working experience 1 years in a manufacturing environment.
-Experience in preventive maintenance.
