Operation Assistant (JB)

Job Requirement:

SPM / Diploma holder in business studies/equivalent

More than 2 years experience in related or similar industry.

Self-motivated, self-discipline and independent.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and meet the tight deadline.

Good computer skills - Microsoft Office I.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible to ensure delivery of superior Customs brokerage and Transportation services

Responsible to request for Ocean Freight Export container, raise ROT for haulage arrangement, prepare “truck-out memo”, and complete container pre-advice or pre-gate in port system

Follow up export container after release and check ETA vessel follow up on container loading status.

Responsible to raise Trucking Shipping Instruction for booking of truck (non-haulage) with trucking vendor and advise truck details to customer.

Responsible for trucking planning and ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of customer’s shipments.

Responsible to prepare Malaysia Custom form preparation in SMK system and perform customs formalities at relevant customs checkpoints.

Responsible to make arrangement for cross border trucking for Singapore Customs Import and Export permit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
