Outdoor Sales Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our wine shop and help grow our business by approaching restaurants, bars, cafés, hotels, retailers, and other suitable outlets.
This is an outdoor sales-focused position. You will not be required to sit at the shop every day. Instead, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, visiting outlets, introducing our products, and building relationships to secure new accounts and repeat orders.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential outlets that may require wine and beverage supplies.
* Visit restaurants, bars, cafés, hotels, retail shops, and other relevant businesses.
* Introduce our wine and beverage products and explain our pricing and supply options.
* Develop and maintain good relationships with outlet owners, managers, and purchasing personnel.
* Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into regular accounts.
* Take orders and coordinate with our team for fulfilment and delivery.
* Look for new business opportunities and continuously expand our customer base.
* Maintain regular communication with existing customers to encourage repeat orders.
* Plan your own daily schedule and determine suitable times to visit outlets based on their operating hours.
* Provide regular updates on sales activities, new leads, customer feedback, and orders.

Working Style
This role offers flexibility in managing your daily schedule. You are expected to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
Since many of our potential customers operate mainly in the afternoon, evening, or at night, you should be comfortable conducting sales visits during those periods when necessary.
You are not required to report to the shop every day, as the main focus of this position is outdoor sales and acquiring customers.

Requirements
* Malaysian citizen.
* Own transport.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident approaching new people and businesses.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
* Comfortable with outdoor sales and visiting different outlets.
* Willing to work flexible hours depending on customer operating hours.
* Sales experience is an advantage, but candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
* Experience in wine, beverages, F&B, hospitality, or retail sales is an added advantage.
