Parts Assistant - Leapmotor

-Assist in daily parts operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and recording automotive parts.

-Ensure all parts transactions are accurately updated in the inventory management system.

-Conduct regular stock checks and assist in monthly and annual stock-taking activities.

-Support the Parts Executive in monitoring inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

-Handle incoming parts requests from Service Advisors and Technicians promptly and accurately.

-Assist in identifying and tagging parts for Electric Vehicles (EV) components such as HV batteries, charging modules, and related items.

-Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the parts storage area according to company standards.

-Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of parts.

-Assist in preparing parts quotations, invoices, and documentation for warranty and return claims.

-Support the team in implementing parts marketing and promotion activities when required.
