We are a company that facilitates medical traveler for Indonesian patients seeking treatment in Malaysia. We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team in Penang!

Job Responsibilities:

 Assist Indonesian patients in coordinating hospital appointments, travel arrangements, and medical inquiries.
Communicate effectively with patients, hospitals, and internal teams.
Provide support and guidance throughout the medical journey.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Mandarin, Malay, and English (both spoken & written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a fast learner
- Open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates
