工作地点：Galaxy Avenue Sales Gallery @ Utopia Eco Grandeur
• 对房地产销售充满热忱，并有意在房地产行业长期发展
•具备良好的沟通及人际交往能力；形象专业、亲切主动、以客户为导向，并有信心与潜在买家包括高端客户沟通
• 积极主动、自我激励，并以目标为导向
•具备主动积极的心态，并能与团队良好合作
•拥有房地产销售经验者将优先考虑
•因业务及客户沟通需求，优先考虑能以华语沟通的候选人
岗位职责
薪酬配套：底薪＋津贴＋佣金
•以专业及有效的方式推广并销售公司房地产项目
•接待上门客户、潜在客户及处理销售咨询
•与潜在买家建立良好关系，并提供优质客户服务
• 了解客户需求，并推荐合适的房地产单位
•进行项目介绍、现场参观及跟进潜在买家
•支持从客户咨询、预订至成交的销售流程
•与团队紧密合作，共同达成销售目标及业务目标
•配合并支持市场营销策略及推广活动，以提升项目曝光率、产品展示效果及销售机会
