PROCESS/NPI ENGINEER

What you'll be doing?
-Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
-Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures.
-Provide an effective loading layout based on packaging item which comply to the customer requirements and loading transportation regulations.
-Assembles reports to document process status and changes.
-Provides thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes.
-Assesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
-Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
-Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues and optimization test.
-Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality and standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.
-Support technically to manufacture by coordinating engineering modifications.
-Attain targets for process productivity, manufacturing days, process yield and entire manufacturing expenses.
-Design the loading layout according to loading plan provided by Planner using CAD software.

Who are they looking for?
-Diploma & above, Mechanical Engineering major is preferred
-Above 2-3 years relevant working experience.
-Knowledge of Mechanical (Metal Stamping , Die-Casting)
-Analysis and communication skill
-Good Mandarin & English both in written and oral
-Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking counterparts and working in a multilingual environment.
-Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word and Excel).
-Software : Microsoft Office / 2D CAD.
-Ability to work well in team based environment.
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
