Procurement & Logistics Executive

Requirements

Language required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement/logistics.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documents is a plus.
Skills required: Procurement, Negotiation and Supply Chain Management.
Responsibilities

Source and negotiate with vendors for materials and equipment.
Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics providers for timely delivery.
Maintain accurate procurement and stock records.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
