工程采购员 Procurement Specialist (Construction Materials)
工作地点/Location: Johor Bahru, Malaysia2年以上建筑行业采购经验，熟悉建材市场及供应商网络。
2+ years in construction procurement with knowledge of material markets.
普通话及马来语沟通能力，能适应快节奏工作环境。
Fluent in Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia; adaptable to fast-paced work.
诚信可靠，具备出色的谈判和协调能力。
Trustworthy with strong negotiation and coordination skills.
Responsibilities
职位描述/Job Description:
负责建筑工程所需建材（钢材、水泥、管材等）的采购及供应商管理。
Source and procure construction materials (steel, cement, pipes, etc.) and manage vendor relationships.
比价议价，优化采购成本，确保材料按时交付工地。
Negotiate pricing, optimize costs, and ensure timely material delivery to sites.
跟踪订单状态，协调物流，处理采购相关文件。
Monitor orders, arrange logistics, and handle procurement documents.
与工程部、财务部紧密合作，确保采购流程合规。
Collaborate with Engineering and Finance teams for compliant procurement processes.
