Product & Pricing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Product Filing
-Responsible for creating barcodes, product numbers, and names for new products.
-Take product photos, ensuring images are clear and standardized for system archiving and external use.
-Organize and upload product information (category, weight, process, supplier, remarks).

2. Price Calculation
-Calculate the cost price and selling price of each product according to the company's pricing formula (international gold price + processing fees + profit margin, etc.).
-Ensure all price calculations are accurate and entered into the system.
-Regularly check system prices against market gold prices, and report any discrepancies promptly.

3. Data Maintenance
-Maintain all product information in the system, ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
-Coordinate with the accounting, purchasing, and warehouse departments to ensure that incoming, outgoing, and inventory quantities match system records.
-Regularly update and back up product information and photos.

4. Support and Collaboration
-Assist the marketing and sales departments in providing accurate product information and photos. Provide management with merchandise data reports (such as new product filing quantities, pricing records, inventory information, etc.).

Job Requirements:
-Basic Education: At least a vocational school diploma/degree (Accounting/Business/IT/Design preferred).
-Proficient in computer operation (Excel, system data entry), basic photography skills.
-Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to ensure data accuracy.
-Experience in the jewelry/retail industry or knowledge of gold price calculation is preferred.
