Production Assistant

Responsibilities/Tanggungjawab :

· Operate Machinery: Set up, operate, and adjust machinery for applying décor paper onto chipboards to meet production schedules and quality standards.

· Production Monitoring: Inspect production lines regularly for consistent quality and adherence to production schedules.

· Quality Control: Perform visual and technical inspections on raw materials & finished products, identifying and addressing defects in décor paper or board structure.

· Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving machine or processing issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.

· Maintenance Support: Collaborate with maintenance technicians to conduct repairs and preventive maintenance.

· Reporting: Report any abnormalities in raw materials, machinery, or production processes to supervisors.

· Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work area.

· Consistency: Follow working instruction to do job.

· Collaboration: Work closely with team members to optimize production efficiency and continuous improvement efforts.

· Housekeeping: Do daily housekeeping and maintaining 5S to ensure machine area and factory area is neat and clean.

· Other: To manage ad hoc task assigned by management from time to time

Qualification:

· SPM or equivalent

· Attention to details & responsible

· Self- discipline & safety consciousness

· Ability to drive forklift/ holding GDL License will be preferred.
