Production Clerk

The Production Clerk supports the Supervisor in maintaining daily production schedules and a safe working environment. Responsible for coordinating workflow and materials, checking inventory, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate production schedules and inventory checks.

Monitor material flow between departments.

Inspect containers and update quantity records.

Support purchase order processing and stock reconciliation.

Ensure availability of tools, materials, and safety equipment.

Enforce manufacturing and safety procedures.

Track floor expenses and report material status.

Support audits, quality checks, and improvement projects.

Train and onboard new operators.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
