Production Executive

What you'll be doing
-Manage and coordinate production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
-Monitor production processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
-Liaise with Production Planning, Quality Control, Logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
-Optimize plant operations by monitoring and adjusting process parameters to meet product specifications.
-Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when required.
-Lead plant troubleshooting efforts to resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
-Provide training, coaching, and guidance to production staff to uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
-Analyse production data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to management for performance improvement.
-Assist in the development and implementation of new production techniques, technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for
-Degree in Production, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve production issues effectively.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
-Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
