Production Manager / Assistant Manager (Electronics & OEE)

Key Responsibilities

OEE Tracking & Recovery (Top Priority): Proactively measure, analyze, and optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) using Power BI. You must be ready to step in with immediate recovery plans the moment OEE targets miss the mark.

Proactive Continuous Improvement: Actively utilize Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies to eliminate floor waste, optimize WIP, reduce scrap, and drive tangible cost-saving projects.

Leading Production: Take control of production scheduling, capacity planning, and end-to-end manpower allocation to ensure 100% on-time delivery while maintaining the lowest possible manufacturing costs.

Team leadership: Evaluate team dynamics, coach subordinates for career growth, and confidently manage, counsel, and win over difficult or change resistant personnel on the floor.

How to qualify for the role?

You must have solid, hands-on experience working within an Electronics manufacturing environment.

A proven track record of measuring, analyzing, and improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

A proactive mindset with a demonstrable history of actively utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies to drive tangible process and cost-saving improvements.

Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Experience leading production. Skilled in assessing team strengths and effectively managing difficult or change resistant employees across different groups.
