Production Operator (PCB & Electrical Manufacturing)

Job Responsibilities
Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOP).

Assemble, inspect, and handle PCB and electrical components.

Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area.

Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.

Carry out other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Requirements
Aged between 18 and 40

Good eyesight.

Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Able to work in a factory environment.

Willing to work rotating day and night shifts.

Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: RM1,700/month

Gross Salary: Up to RM2,500/month (including overtime)

Overtime pay in accordance with the Employment Act.

Saturday OT: 1.5x

Sunday OT: 2.0x

Air-conditioned working environment.

Safe and comfortable workplace.

Transportation Allowance: RM130/month (RM6 per working day).

Attendance Allowance: RM100/month.

Performance Allowance: RM50/month (full attendance with no leave).

Night Shift Allowance: RM5 per day.

Referral Incentive: RM100 for each successful referral (after 30 days of attendance).

Salary Advance:

RM200 after 1 week of employment.

RM400 after completing 3 months of employment.

Working Hours
Rotating Shift

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Monday to Saturday
