Production Supervisor - Senai

Job describtion:

1.Production management
-Make production plan, arrange production tasks reasonably and ensure production progress
-Manage product quality and ensure product qualification rate
-Handle site emergencies and solve abnormal problems in the production process
-Implementation of 5S management in production site
-Follow up production orders and feedback related problems, communicate and coordinate with other related departments to deal with abnormal situations.

2.Cost control
-Optimize the production process, improve the utilization rate of raw materials and auxiliary materials, and reduce the loss of production materials
-Reasonable allocation of personnel positions according to the plan to reduce labor costs

3.Quality Management
-Manage daily production quality issues, analyze and improve quality issues.
-Supervise the handling of daily product quality abnormalities and the implementation of problem points

4.Personnel management
-Staff safety training and production safety management
-Do a good job in the construction of workshop personnel and personnel training

5. Other work
-5.1 Warehouse management: regular inventory to ensure the consistency of accounts and materials
-5.2 Equipment management: daily equipment check.
-5.3 Other work arranged by the leader

Requirement:
-1. Work experience: 5-10 years working experience in manufacturing industry, with rich experience in production management, cost control, quality management and logistics management;
-2. Computer level: skilled use of Office Software, WORD/EXECL/PPT;
-3. Foreign language proficiency: Proficiency in English, Chinese and Malay
-Proficiency Level: 0-Poor, 10-Excellent
