🎯 Your Key Responsibilities

Assist in product development, improvement, and customization based on customer and market requirements.

Study, analyze, and understand customer technical requirements and specifications.

Support the Sales Department in price quotation preparation, including cost estimation and technical evaluation.

Prepare and review technical documents, specifications, and reports.

Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution.

Provide technical support to customers and internal teams when required.

Participate in product testing, validation, and continuous improvement activities.



✅ What We’re Looking For

Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders (reading, writing, and speaking).

Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Able to interpret technical drawings and customer requirements.

Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
