Program Administrator (Order Management / Fulfillment)

Job responsibilities:
-Perform order processing and forecast loading.
-Verify accuracy of purchase orders details to ensure the part number, pricing, MOQ, ship mode and request ship date are correct before SO entry.
-Work with cross-departments to fulfill customer’s requirements.
-Prepare Master Production Schedule, optimizing the use of available resources and coordinate with related departments to ensure product, volume and shipment are meeting targeted levels.
-Release and Maintenance of Work Orders in system based on Customers’ Purchase Order Requirements, and commit shipments against required dates.-
Ensure Production follow strictly to the MPS / Priority, and to close WO within the targeted time line.
-Collaborate across departments to determine materials in house requirements and meeting the production plan effectively.
-Advise customer on committed ship dates and ensure on time delivery.
-Manage demand exceptions, inventory and supply.
-Evaluating inventory turns performance and implementing inventory controls, such as materials pull and push strategies based on planning analysis.
-Work with Engineering for ECN and deviations, as well as QA on quality issue that affects production planning.
-Reporting of E&O and follow through for closure.
• Any additional duties as assigned by Program Manager.

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-At least 2-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

-Work location: Bayan Lepas and/or Batu Kawan, Penang.
