Manage Project team

Prepare and oversee the RFQ

Oversee all customers’ and ensure delivery schedule in a timely manner.

Follow up inside/ outside Sales activities and Customer visiting required.

Responsible for pre & post sales account management

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction for developing of long term relationships

Develop New business and customer connection

To gather and understand market information & competition pricing and strategies.

To gather & develop standard costing thus ensuring product costing accuracy and profitability of Projects.

To implement and update program department procedure together with work instructions.

To handle customer feedback.



Requirement

Not less than 3 years’ experience in Sheet Metal/Machining field.

Knowledge of computer will be essential.

Good English speaking and written.
