Purchasing Executive

Sourcing and procuring new suppliers whenever required.

Able to identify and source the right or suitable material.

Understand the material in term of specification, requirement, lead time, quality and others.

Understand company system SAP & PCN.

Proper documentation/filing and traceability work

Able to liaise with supplier for material sourcing, delivery, documentation requirement, CN and rejection.

To carry out any instruction or any assignment given by the superior.

To have good communication and coordination with supplier and factory team.

To carry out other aspect of job function.

To have skills such as price comparison, data collection/pulling from system and price negotiation.

Responsible towards own self and colleagues to practice the (SOP-Standard Operating Procedure: ISO 9001, GMP-Good Manufacturing Practice, 5S & FSSC 22000-Food Safety System Certification, Alam Sekitar:ISO 14001, right PPE - Personal Protective Equipment usage and workplace safety rules) at all times.
