Purchasing Executive

Responsible for sourcing, negotiating costs, credit terms, and purchasing raw materials, consumable items, and spare parts.

Coordinate with planners, production, sales teams, and suppliers to arrange the delivery schedule.

Maintain comprehensive records and compare costs for internal purchasing requests while liaising with suppliers.

Maintain accurate records of purchasing transactions, supplier information, agreements, and relevant documentation.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the purchasing function.
