Purchasing Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Procurement end to end process.
- Coordinate with sellers on shipping and payment arrangement.
- Coordinate with Inventory dept on stock status before purchasing.
- Be up to date on metal pricing.
- Provide up to date info to Marketing team on metal pricing so that Marketing personnel quotes correctly.
- To perform any other ad-hoc tasks related to procurement to be assigned by head of department from time to time.
- Open to candidates applying for both Purchasing Executive and Senior Purchasing Executive positions, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
- Have international sourcing experience.
- Have knowledge on international payment such as LC.
- Preferably from metal industry.
- Have confidence and not afraid of numbers.
- Education requirement: Degree preferred or Diploma with hands on experience on metal procurement.
