Are you a quality professional with strong leadership experience looking to make an impact in the semiconductor or equipment automation industry?


We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function and ensure the effective implementation and continual improvement of the company’s quality management system.


This role plays a key part in risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and ensuring products and services meet customer expectations and industry quality and ESH requirements.rship role for individuals who are passionate about quality, process excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties
Ability to lead and manage company Quality Management System (QMS), Quality team leadership, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, inspection checklists, control plans, and related documentation to ensure consistent product quality.

Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality documentation are current, well-maintained, and followed by all relevant departments, supporting document control and audit readiness.

Lead and coordinate internal, customer, and manufacturing process audits to verify compliance with company standards, ISO 9001 and other certification requirements.

Support new product qualification and prepare first article inspection (FAI) reports to validate product readiness.

Collaborate closely with operations, engineering and supply chain teams to enforce incoming material control (IMC) processes, ensuring materials meet quality standards prior to use.

Review and enhance outgoing material control (OMC) processes by introducing appropriate inspection tools and checklists to help ensure product quality before shipment.

Provide technical guidance, training, and coaching to in-process quality control (IPQC) personnel to maintain adherence to quality standards.

Evaluate supplier performance, conduct supplier audits, and drive supply chain quality improvement initiatives.

Lead timely investigation and resolution of significant quality issues to minimize impact on production and customers.

Support quality improvement projects and continuous improvement activities assigned by management.

Qualifications
Working Experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of management and leadership experience within a QA function.

Experience in the semiconductor or equipment automation industry is preferred.

Experience in internal auditing and quality system implementation is a strong advantage.

Education
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field..

Essential Knowledge & Skills
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and audit practices.

Proven leadership, communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Effective interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Ability to lead quality initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing or engineering environment.

Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and compliance.

Bilingual (e.g., English and Mandarin) is an added advantage.
