QUALITY CONTROL

1. **Quality Monitoring & Inspection**
* Monitor parcel handling quality (inbound / outbound / sorting)
* Ensure parcels are processed accurately and on time
* Check for damage, missing, delay, or wrong routing issues


2. **CCTV & Process Compliance**
* Monitor CCTV to ensure staff follow SOP (scan, sorting, loading)
* Identify any abnormal or non-compliance behavior ([J&T Express Malaysia][2])

3. **Audit & Reporting**
* Conduct daily/weekly quality checks and audits
* Prepare QC reports and highlight issues
* Maintain records for all quality incidents

4. **Issue Investigation**
* Investigate cases such as:
* Missing parcels
* Damaged parcels
* Delay / miss scan
* Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions

5. **Corrective & Preventive Action**
* Follow up on corrective actions with operations team
* Ensure issues do not repeat
* Work closely with Ops / CS / Fleet team


6. **Data Analysis**
* Analyse KPI (delivery success rate, complaint rate, loss rate)
* Identify trends and propose improvement actions ([J&T Express Malaysia][1])

7. **Ad-hoc Tasks**
* Any tasks assigned by Supervisor / Manager
