Quality/Safety Officer

About the role
Yunxu Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality/Safety Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our quality assurance and safety standards across our manufacturing and logistics operations. As Quality/Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality regulations and safety protocols, protecting both our products and our workforce. This role is instrumental in safeguarding our reputation, meeting customer expectations, and creating a safe working environment for all employees.

Key responsibilities
1. Service Monitoring: Conduct periodic and random monitoring of engineers' on-site service processes based on service standards to verify compliance with technical specifications.

2. Work Order Quality Spot-checks: Audit a sample of closed work orders monthly to check the standardization, completeness, and accuracy of on-site maintenance records.

3. Customer Follow-ups: Conduct follow-ups (via phone, email, or in-person) on completed services to gather customer satisfaction ratings (Very Satisfied, Satisfied, Average, Dissatisfied, Very Dissatisfied) as part of the monthly performance assessment.

4. KPI Data Verification: Verify the authenticity and accuracy of KPI data, such as SLA achievement rates, maintenance standardization rates, First Contact Resolution (FCR) rates, on-time installation completion rates, and installation standardization rates.

5. "Red Line" Issue Investigation: Check for non-standard practices—such as recording a single timestamp for a work order despite making multiple on-site visits—and enforce penalties in accordance with regulations upon discovery.

6. Assessment Report Preparation: Issue monthly monitoring reports to serve as key inputs for the comprehensive monthly performance assessment.


What we're looking for
1. Associate degree or higher in Quality Management, Safety Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Over 3 years of experience in IT service quality management or data center security management.

3. Familiarity with ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management Systems).

4. Understanding of data center O&M processes and fundamental knowledge of server hardware.

5. Fluent in English, with the ability to independently prepare English audit reports and conduct client follow-ups.

6. Strong adherence to principles and execution capabilities; willingness to correct non-compliant behavior.

7. Possession of CQA/CQE quality certifications or CISP/CISSP security certifications is preferred.
