Quantity Surveyor

Jobs Description

Measure and take off quantities from drawings;

Support project cost control, check and analyse actual usage of project material against claimed quantities;

Assist in preparing cost estimates, material budgets, and tender documents;

Assist with valuations, progress claims, and final accounts;

Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients;

Maintain project documentation;

Perform any other duties assigned by the Contract Manager.



Job Requirements

Possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods

Good in MS Office and MS Excel

Good communication and teamwork skills

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
