📝 Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation, quantity take-off, tendering, and project cost control for industrial and construction projects in Johor Bahru.
我们正在寻找一位认真细心的工程造价师，负责新山工业及建筑项目的工程预算、工程量计算、招投标及成本控制相关工作。

📋 Job Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-off, cost estimation, and tender documentation
负责工程量计算、成本预算及招标文件准备工作。

• Review quotations, subcontractor claims, and project costing
审核报价、分包商索赔及项目成本。

• Monitor project budget, variation order, and payment certification
跟进项目预算、工程变更及付款认证工作。

• Coordinate with project, procurement, and commercial teams regarding costing matters
与项目、采购及商务团队协调成本相关事务。

• Assist in contract administration and project cost control
协助合同管理及项目成本控制工作。

• Prepare progress claims, reports, and project commercial documentation
准备工程进度索赔、报告及商务文件。

🎓 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
工程造价、建筑管理或相关专业 Diploma / 本科以上学历。

• 2–5 years of Quantity Surveying or construction costing related experience
具备2–5年工程造价或建筑成本相关经验。

• Experience in industrial building, factory, or EPC projects is an added advantage
具备工业厂房或 EPC 项目经验者优先考虑。

• Familiar with AutoCAD, Excel, and construction costing documentation
熟悉 AutoCAD、Excel 及工程造价相关文件。

• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
能够使用中文及英文进行工作沟通。

• We are seeking candidates proficient in both English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
需具备良好的英语及中文沟通能力，以便与不同客户及合作伙伴进行有效沟通。
