Restaurant Manager - Johor Bahru

Key Responsibilities:
-Drive Performance - Hit sales targets, manage P&L, and optimize restaurant profitability
-Build Your Dream Team - Recruit, train, coach, and develop passionate team members-
-Deliver Excellence - Maintain A&W's legendary food quality, service standards (CHAMPS), and cleanliness
-Manage Operations - Oversee daily operations, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and compliance
-Innovate & Improve - Execute local marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for growth

✔️ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Haves:
-Diploma or Degree in any field
-2-3 years in F&B management (QSR experience is a major plus!)
-Strong leadership skills with a people-first mindset
-Financially savvy with understanding of P&L management
-High energy, problem-solving attitude, and passion for customer service
-Willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays

Bonus Points:
-Experience with quick-service restaurant systems
-Track record of hitting sales targets and developing high-performing teams
-Certification in food safety or hospitality management
