Restaurant Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations.

•⁠ ⁠Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve service and operational standards.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare operational reports and perform other duties assigned by management.
