We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales growth and expand our customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates with leadership potential may also support and guide junior team members to achieve team goals.

1. Manage and develop relationships with key accounts and potential clients
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
3. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
4. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business deals with clients
5. Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are achieved
6. Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
7. Support and mentor junior sales team members when required
