sales advisor

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join our team. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicles, providing professional consultation to customers, and assisting them throughout the car buying process.
This position is suitable for candidates who are passionate about cars, willing to learn, and interested in growing together with the electric vehicle industry.

Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and online enquiries professionally
Introduce and explain vehicle models, features, specifications, and benefits
Provide consultation based on customers’ needs and budget
Arrange test drive appointments and follow up with potential customers
Assist customers with booking, loan application, registration, and delivery process
Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company
Follow up with leads from social media, roadshows, events, and referrals
Keep updated with product knowledge, promotion packages, and EV market trends
Support company marketing activities, events, and showroom operations when required

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma or equivalent
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Sales experience in automotive industry is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsible, disciplined, and target-driven
Possess own transport
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
