Sales Advisor

Requirements
-Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
-Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates, providing an opportunity to start a career in sales.
-Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
-Demonstrated skills in sales and customer service, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
-Ability to apply product knowledge to address customer inquiries and provide informed recommendations.
-Experience for retail and wholesale sales environments, understanding the different of both sectors will be an advantage.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities
-Provide professional advice and introduce company products, prices, and promotions to customers.
-Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
-Handle customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and after sales service.
-Ensure all customer payments made are adhering to company policies and procedures.
-Coordinate with delivery team once payment confirmed.
-Follow up with potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
-Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex problems to supervisor when necessary.
