Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation
-Reach out to merchants and introduce our products
-Generate quality leads and follow up consistently

2. Sales Target Achievement
-Achieve monthly sales goals and KPIs
-Maintain strong productivity and performance standards

3. Customer Engagement
-Build rapport with merchants
-Handle objections professionally
-Provide clear and accurate product information

4. Merchant & Partner Support
-Assist merchants with application submissions
-Support partners in campaign activities

5. Objection Handling & Closing
-Address concerns confidently
-Overcome rejection and close sales effectively

6. Performance Tracking
-Update daily sales trackers
-Monitor progress and attend team meetings
-Continuously improve performance

Requirements
-1–3 years of telemarketing or sales experience
-Experience in financial services or financial products is an advantage
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
-Strong communication and teamwork skills
-Persistent, confident, and resilient personality
