Sales Associate (Johor Bahru)

What you will be doing:

-Provide an outstanding customer experience, creating an exceptional shopping experience.

-Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products, including features and styling options, to effectively assist customers.

-Assist in achieving sales targets by engaging with customers and recommending suitable products

-Manage inventory level through conducting inventory counts and maintaining clear inventory records.

-Ensure the store is impeccably maintained, with visual displays that reflect the brand’s image and current promotions.

-Able to commit to retail hours



What you will need to be equipped with:

-SPM Level and above

-Sales experience preferably in the jewelry industry / luxury brands.

-Passion for luxury products and a keen sense of style.

-Presentable, pleasant with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Multilingual to cater to different groups of clienteles.
