Role :
Represent Faeth in negotiations with customers, suppliers, government agencies, and key internal and external stakeholders to secure optimal contract terms.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth across Asia.
Develop competitive proposals in collaboration with technical, proposal, and vendor/supplier’s teams.
Partner with the Sales Director to develop and implement effective pricing strategies.
Analyse sales pipelines, demand generation metrics, forecast trends, conversion rates, and win/loss performance.
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
Monitor market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activities.
Develop and execute marketing and public relations initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
Increase current market shares.
Manage the full lifecycle of Gas and Chemical specialty equipment installation and certification projects.
Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and contractual specifications.
Act as primary liaison with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, internal and external stakeholders teams.
Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, manage budgets, and track deliverables.
Oversee equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and certification activities.
Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions where required.
Ensure comprehensive project documentation for final client acceptance.
Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Project Quality Plans (PQP), and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
Prepare and manage safety documentation including Risk Assessments, Work Method Statements, and Permits to Work.
Lead troubleshooting, maintenance, and corrective actions for system performance issues.
Provide technical training and support to customers locally and overseas.
Drive continuous improvement through customer feedback and post-project evaluations.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical) or related technical discipline.
Proven experience in industrial gas, chemical systems, semiconductor, or related process industries.
Strong background in both sales/business development and project management.
Experience managing installation, commissioning, and certification projects.
Familiarity with safety and quality systems.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently on tight schedules and deadlines in a fast dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Willingness to travel when required.
