Sales Engineer

Requirement:
-Minimum qualification: Diplomaor above.
-Minimum 2-5 years relevant experience in mechanical engineering and ability to understand 2-D engineering drawings.
-Good computer skills especially in MS Office Software.
-Possess excellent personal interaction skill.
-Initiative, Meticulous and Detailed.
-Able to work independently with the team and committed.
-Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Regional Traveling may be needed.
-Possesses own transport and a valid driving license is recommended.

Responsibilities:
-To Monitor customers weekly/monthly forecast and demand
-To attend to customer changes/urgent demand for SOP delivery, sample request, all others enquiries (Document related)
-To attend & resolved customer quality issue/ feedback/ complaints /ac-hoc issue
-Review the Request For Quote (RFQ) eg drawings & specification & send to the affiliated factory & suppliers for their quotations.
-Assist in preparing the price & cost analysis for the management's review and approval.
-Understand the customers' requirements and coordinate with internal departments or suppliers pertaining to project activities and order fulfillment.
-To prepare & submit weekly and monthly reports. Eg Forecast reports, Sales **** **
-Sales monthly presentation may be required.
-Visit & manage the customer accounts delicately. Maintain good relationship with the Customers and Suppliers.
-Perform Ad hoc duties assigned by Assistant Sales Manager & above.
