Sales Executive

Requirements
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the building materials or construction industry
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers
-Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
-Excellent negotiation and closing skills
-A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
-Work location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Responsibilities
-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the designated market segment, focusing on expanding the customer base for Panel Plus Products.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, visits, and presentations.
-Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends, providing insights to the sales manager for strategic planning.
-Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, effectively communicating the value proposition of Panel Plus Products to prospective clients.
-Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers, ensuring profitability while meeting customer requirements.
-Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports, providing accurate and timely information to the sales team.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
-Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to the sales manager, contributing to effective production planning and inventory management.
-Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and promote Panel Plus Products.
