Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive business development strategies.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
-Conduct regular customer visits to understand business needs, strengthen rapport, and ensure service satisfaction.
-Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
-Monitor and follow up on payment collections in accordance with company terms.
-Analyse market trends and track competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Requirements
-Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in 3PL logistics or related industries (preferred). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
-Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI); knowledge of logistics systems and basic import/export procedures is an advantage.
-Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel, including outstation trips.
-Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage, particularly for communication with international partners.
