Sales Executive

What you'll be doing
-Actively prospecting and generating leads to identify new business opportunities
-Conducting sales calls, presentations, and negotiations to win new clients
-Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers
-Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
-Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support
-Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge
-Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

What we're looking for
-At least 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the uniform or workwear industry
-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
-Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build long-term relationships
-Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
-Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Detailed knowledge of the local Johor Bahru District market and industry trends
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
