SALES EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to customers and provide professional customer service.
Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable motorcycles and products.
Promote motorcycles, accessories, and ongoing promotions.
Handle sales enquiries through walk-in customers, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain good customer relationships.
Assist customers with motorcycle financing applications and related documentation.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
Assist with showroom displays, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities.
Ensure smooth coordination of sales transactions and motorcycle deliveries.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
Customer service-oriented with good negotiation skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer and social media skills.
Sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Passion for motorcycles is an added advantage.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
