Sales Executive (FCMG - HORECA)

Job Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new customers and customer segments within Klang Valley, Malaysia.

Manage, administer and be responsible for the customers and accounts under your purview.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience across the end-to-end customer journey including solution creation, order processing, order fulfilment and billing.

Work closely with the Commercial and Marketing team to execute new product launches, campaigns, and promotions for your customers.

Have a keen understanding and provide feedback on the evolving competitive landscape.



Prerequisites

Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, specialising in specific food categories (e.g. baking ingredients, dairy) or generalists across many categories will be added advantage.

Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.

Passionate about food!

Familiar with foodservice customers.

Self-motivated with positive can-do attitude.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluency in English and another language.
