Sales Executive in CNC Machine Tools

Key Responsibilities :-

Identify potential customers and market opportunities in both government and private sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.

Deliver sales pitches and prepare proposals.

Provide technical advice and sell solutions to meet client needs.

Offer customer support and recommend new opportunities for growth.

Work closely with the engineering/production team to address client requirements.

Prepare reports, quotations, and sales orders.

Stay updated on industry trends and maintain technical knowledge.

Network effectively and adopt best practices in sales.

Requirements :-

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Relevant working experience as a Sales / Marketing / Telemarketing Executive / Customer Service or equivalent

Experience in B2B sales is a bonus.

Willing to travel.

Strong communication skills to explain technical details clearly.

Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive.

Keen interest in staying updated with machinery and technology trends.

Good spoken and written communication skills.

Proficient in using computers.

A team player who collaborates well with others.

Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin (to interact with principals and customers in China and Taiwan).
