Sales Executive - International Market

Job Responsibilities
-Maintain strong relationships with international customers to ensure satisfaction and support business growth.
-Develop overseas markets, identify business opportunities and drive sales growth, negotiate contract terms with clients.
-Present and explain product features, benefits, usage and after-sales requirements.
-Manage the export sales process including order handling, price & delivery confirmation and supply chain coordination.
-Coordinate with Purchasing on stock availability, arrival forecasts and customer demand.
-Arrange overseas shipments and work closely with licensed and reliable freight forwarders.
-Prepare export documentation such as PI, CI, packing list and payment-related documents.
-Ensure all activities comply with international and local export regulations.
-Liaise with government agencies (MITI, MATRADE, MICCI) when required.
-Assist in resolving delivery, customer service, or regulatory issues.
-Support ISO 9001:2015 tasks when needed.

Job Requirements
-Diploma or equivalent qualification.
-Fresh graduates are welcome, candidates with sales experience and performance proof (commission on payslip) are an added advantage.
-Proficient in Bahasa Cina, English, and Malay to communicate with multi-country clients.
-Able to travel domestically and internationally as assigned, must be willing to travel to all required locations without selecting or rejecting destinations.
-Able to adapt to different work environments and cultures.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
-Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
-Good time management and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
