SALES EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Target and Performance
• Responsible and accountable for achieving individual monthly and annual sales targets as set by the immediate superior.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and progress.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients, highlighting key features of products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor accounts, follow up with clients, and ensure timely payment collection.
• Conduct research and client need analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and overall market sentiments.

Market Research and Business Development
• Proactively seek and engage potential clients to create new sales opportunities within the industry.

Cross-Department Collaboration and Support
• Work closely with the production department and other relevant teams to ensure client specifications are met and orders are fulfilled on time.
• Assist in daily working tasks and any ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience in the roofing, building materials, steel manufacturing, or construction industry will be an added advantage.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Willing to travel outstation and stay overnight when required for business purposes.
