Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Main Responsibilities:
-Achieving Sales Targets
-Product Presentation & Service Proposal
-Customer Acquisition and Management
-CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & Reporting – updating sales records, customer data
-Product Knowledge & Training – understanding LED, LED Solar, energy-saving features & SIRIM approval
-Market Research – analyzing current market, competitors, and new opportunities
-After-Sales Support – providing assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:
-Strong skills in communication, negotiation, closing, time management, product knowledge, and computer literacy
-Active on social media
-Hardworking, proactive, consistent, with integrity and a strong team spirit
-Physically fit with own transportation (Fuel Card & TNGO provided)
-Minimum 2 years of sales experience
-Able to communicate in Malay, English & Mandarin (to serve Mandarin-speaking clients)
