Job Description
• 60% – Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agencies, leaders, and professionals
• 40% – Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth potential
• Promote IMM’s professional offerings, including:
• Industry publications & media platforms
• Professional training & certifications
• Conferences, awards, and international initiatives
• Participate in and support seminars, professional sharing sessions, and industry events
• Travel outstation or overseas when required for business exposure and growth


Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing or related fields preferred)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong interest in sales, business development & client engagement
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with clients)
• Self-motivated, results-driven & eager to grow
