• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive repeat sales.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Achieve individual sales targets and support overall company revenue goals
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
• Follow up on orders, delivery, and payment collection
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities
